We as a family have been coming to Dr. Kugia since he started his practice. Today's appointment started with a friendly welcome from Kelly upon entering the office. My appointment was scheduled for 11am and at 11am I was ushered in for it to begin. My appointment for a check up and cleaning with Debby was great. Debby exhibited both a warm and friendly yet professional demeanor throughout my visit. She did a wonderful job and I walked out of the appointment knowing that my I had just received the very best in dental care. Thanks to Dr. Kugia for the friendliness, the professionalism, and the safety protocols that make his staff and the care I received top notch.

Dr. Kugia has been my dentist for well over 10 years and I LOVE HIM AND HIS STAFF!! I am one of those persons that waited for a millennia to see a dentist. When I went in, I was greeted in a VERY understanding and caring manner. That treatment HAS NOT changed in all the years I’ve been there as a patient. Some faces have changed but the treatment is still top notch! Deb has now been cleaning my entire family’s teeth for about 6 years now and her sweet and caring demeanor have even become a great comfort for my 6 year old. She really cares about how her patient is feeling and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. If I could give these wonderful folks 20 stars, I WOULD! I have been taking my Mom to Dr. Kugia for about a year now. She is confined to a wheelchair and cannot transfer to the dental chair. Dr. Kugia and his staff have really gone above and beyond to accommodate her special needs. Dr. Kugia takes the time to explain x-rays, corrective procedures and always answers all my questions. Nicholas Kugia has been my dentist for many years. He is the type of dentist that has empathy for his patients. I would recommend him highly to anyone that has a fear of going to the dentist. It is not always pleasurable however, Dr. Kugia and his Staff do their best to make their patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

There are many things to appreciate about the Kugia Dental Practice. 1.) An 11:00 appointment means you will be in the dental chair at 11:01. None of this 30 minutes in the waiting room followed by another 15-20 minutes in the next room waiting for your appointment to start. Dr. Kugia and his staff respect your time by not setting an appointment time that has you come in and then wait 45 minutes to be seen. 2.) Dr. Kugia and his staff are ready for you when you come in. Your chart and the dental tools they need are ready in position. They are ready with any pertinent questions they need before getting started. Followed by an opportunity for questions from you to them. 3.) I have complete confidence that I am in safe hands even in the midst of the Covid epidemic. They practice high safety protocols in all aspects of your dental visit. 4.) The office staff is not only friendly but efficient in both scheduling and insurance/billing. 5.) Dental care is important because problems with your teeth and gums can affect your heart and other parts of your body. I know that when I visit Dr. Kugia's practice that I am also getting a comprehensive check up for my overall health. I appreciate that he and his staff take the time to care about their patients rather than just shuffling them in and out. 6.) Finally, a big shout out to Debbie for my recent visit. You're the best! I appreciate your friendly and professional demeanor. RF
